Story
Team Financial Times and FT Flic are joining forces for an incredible challenge! 🤝💪 We're thrilled to announce that we'll be participating in the South London Tough Mudder race on September 23rd, 2023! 🌟
But we're not just doing it for the thrill and the glory – we have a bigger mission in mind. Our team is rallying together to raise funds for FTFlic, an amazing organization that aims to democratize financial education. 📚💡 Their mission is to provide free and engaging content to those who need it most: young people, women, and disenfranchised groups, including minority ethnic communities and migrants. 🌍❤️
We believe that everyone deserves access to essential financial knowledge and skills. By supporting FTFlic, we're taking a step towards empowering individuals, fostering financial literacy, and creating a more inclusive society. 🌈🙌
So, here's where you come in! We're calling on our incredible community and generous friends to support our cause. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who are often left behind in the world of finance. 🤝💸
Whether you can contribute financially or simply spread the word, every action counts! Let's come together and help FTFlic continue their invaluable work. 🗣️💪
Stay tuned for updates on our training progress, fundraising events, and more! We'll be sharing all the exciting details along the way. Together, let's cross the finish line of financial education for all! 🏁🎓

FT Financial Literacy and Inclusion Campaign
Understanding basic finance has never been more important.A bewildering array of financial products, self-determined retirement plans and a few unscrupulous companies are leaving the financially less literate vulnerable to exploitation and debt. This is why the FT has chosen to establish its first ever charity, the Financial Literacy and Inclusion Campaign (FT FLIC).It’s our aim to democratise financial education by providing free and engaging content to those who need it most: young people, women, and disenfranchised groups.
