Story
Hi there!
We're tackling 20 obstacles and 10 miles of mud-laden Tough Mudder Scotland at Drumlanrig Castle on June 15th, 2024. Why? Well, firstly, we're settling a score on who is the toughest sibling and who will have the most embarrassing fall into the mud and then, of course, we'll be teasing them for years to come.
But, more importantly, we're raising funds for a charity that is close to our hearts - Candlelighters. Their mission is to bring hope and light to families impacted by childhood cancer in Yorkshire. Candlelighters provides practical, emotional, and financial support to countless families facing unimaginable circumstances. They also invest in research to improve the outcomes and lives of children with cancer. Above all, they offer hope to those in need.
Our grandparents were great supporters of Candlelighters after losing a child to cancer, and we are raising funds in their memory by seeking as much support as possible from kind donors like you. If you're able to chip in, every penny will make a difference. Donations are secure and will go directly to Candlelighters.

At Candlelighters we support families facing children's cancer in Yorkshire, financially, emotionally and practically. We get involved in all sorts of projects to help ordinary families who are facing extraordinary circumstances. We fund & offer holidays, therapies, grants and roles for many people who make children's cancer treatment in Yorkshire amongst the best in the country. We are also proud to invest in a vital research programme into the causes of children's cancer and potential new treatments.
